Owning an Elliott home has been an answered prayer for me. Our floor plan makes the best use of space and perfectly suits our needs. The quality of construction is evident both on the surface and within the walls. Elliott Homes includes standard options that other builders consider upgrades, which we greatly appreciate. Their unmatched customer service is exceptional. I've spoken with several of my neighbors, and most of them are repeat Elliott Homes homeowners, which speaks volumes about this builder. I love my Elliott Home.

I’ve received nothing but above and beyond service with my Elliott home. I was a first-time homebuyer and the sales agent and lender were both so helpful throughout the buying process. In the 4 years I’ve lived in my home, I’ve continued to receive excellent service from Elliott Homes. They either solve the problem themselves or point me in the direction of someone who they trust that can help. If I ever move, I plan on staying with an Elliott build.

Elliott is one of the few locally owned family builders. Almost every other builder is a national builder who ALWAYS uses the cheapest subcontractors. Elliott does not do this. No doubt track building brings out problems as mass production always does. However, after dealing with lots of builders, their customer service and building tactics... Elliott builds a nice home and they have loyal quality trades. We have lost a lot of our local guys in Sacramento... Elliott is one of the last along with Premier and RIVERLAND etc. good company
