Cierra, owner of COCO Salon has literally transformed my hair. I first went to Cierra upon reading rave reviews of her special touch with all things color, specifically the red family of hair color. The first time I went in to see Cierra I was blonde and had been dreaming of a change for a while. She turned my dull blonde color into a beautiful, mermaid red and I have never been happier with my hair. She is professional and friendly.
