I can't say enough good things about Cascade and their entire staff. I've been going to Dr. Race for probably 10 years. I wouldn't be able to walk without his help. I even drove down from Oregon for 5 years because he knows my history and has been there through a few car accidents and other injuries. He educates me on why there's pain and where it originates from, to the point I can continue my care at home with stretches and massage in between appointments. They work with my schedule and understand if I need to wait a week to pay. I can’t quite believe that I’ve never left a review about Doc Sara. I’ve been seeing her for years now. I’ve been treated by LOTS of chiropractors, and Sara is special in a way that the very wounded can especially feel.
My body is what I call persnickety. Hard to adjust and I have some really touchy areas. Doc Sara Irby has managed to work with me and helped me maintain my functionality. And always encourages me to surpass myself.

I love Cascade Chiropractic. It is clear that Dr. Sara and Dr. Race care about everyone of their patients. They are very knowledgeable about the best treatments and make sure that they are treating each patient is treated based on their individual needs and make sure you understand that treatment. In addition to the Drs., the front desk staff, especially Holly and Camilla are a joy, they greet everyone with enthusiasm and are always asking about family. I have recommended Cascade Chiropractic to family, friends and clients.
