I love this place. The staff is super nice and the facilities are very clean. My only neg is that the organization of multiple services needs improvement. Most of the time I'm getting more then one service when I come back to the front there's some sort of issue. Other then that it's great!

I like this place the staff is always super friendly. Never had an issue.! Would recommend to anybody the only suggestion I would give to corporate is for people that have the elite membership maybe have a day or two randomly that they can bring a friend to spray tan .. Or trial anything besides the basic bed. But the staff is amazing !!!

You asked for feedback so here it is ... I love the staff at the Folsom location. They always have wonderful energy and are so nice. However, I have a recommendation. As a first responder, I find it very concerning that this location does not have shades on the windows to block the hot afternoon sun. This is a detriment to the employees' safety and well-being. I visited recently when it was over 100 degrees outside, and the lobby was extremely hot. The sunlight streaming in was so oppressive that the employees had no refuge from the heat or sunlight in their eyes. I believe that the California Sun management needs to prioritize their employees' safety.... read full review
