Very helpful in getting my laptops serviced. Two different Lenovo laptops with the same broken hinge and screen popping out of place. Very upfront with the cost to repair before ordering any parts and performing any repairs. I was clearly made aware of exactly what the repair labor and parts would cost within 1 day of when I left the laptop with them. Cost was exactly the same when I picked it up and both laptops were repaired back to original working condition.
