I had and always have a great experience at Bidwell Optometry. Marissa was amazing and helped me fix an issue I had with the glasses I purchased. She truly did everything she could and made sure it was done right. It was worth the wait. Her efforts were amazing and greatly appreciated!! Thank you Marissa!! This review is for Marisa, who assisted my daughter with her prism glasses this week. Marisa was kind, patient, encouraging, caring, and fun! She went out of her way to make sure that my daughter picked the best fitting frames while honoring her taste and concerns for her look- very valid concerns for a teenager! As a parent, I appreciate Marisa’s help during our visit, as well as the follow up call I received today after she consulted with her supervisor to ensure that the frames my daughter had picked were the best choice for her. Thank you, again Marisa! You are the best!

I have been coming to Bidwell Optometry for over 15 years. I absolutely love the staff. Both doctors are amazing and take the their time. I never feel rushed. They work well with schedules and help with insurance questions. Fantastic with kids as well.
