The location is in the heart of Folsom and easy to access from any direction. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes it convenient for my clients to visit. As an esthetician, I was searching for a space that was clean and quiet, and MSS is just that. I appreciate the professional atmosphere from both tenants and clients, which reflects so positively on my business.
Some other amazing perks include the building’s safety and security with key card access, nightly cleaning of the floors and restrooms, and its location in a well-lit, safe area. The suites are beautiful, customizable, and the building even offers two washer and dryers for added convenience.
