I am an avid cyclist-I do century rides and training rides on routes that have a lot of hill climbing resulting in tight hip flexors and sore leg muscles (quads, hamstrings, calves and IT bands). I also work at a computer for long periods of time resulting in upper back stress and tension and occasional numbness in my right hand.
