We hired 3 Generations to install Hardie siding for our home, replacing the existing shake shingles that had been on the home since it was built in 1948. Kurt, Jeremy, and Vlad made the entire process easy from start to finish. Old houses often present unexpected challenges and ours was no exception. The 3 Gen crew skillfully addressed each one, paying particular attention to window casings, soffits, facia, light fixtures, and attic vents. This attention to detail, combined with the high quality of the Hardie materials resulted in a phenomenal upgrade to the entire presentation of the house. Overall, a very positive experience with 3 Generations.

On our project, Kurt Owens set the tone from our very first meeting. He explained the different materials that the industry has to offer, along with what to anticipate during the coarse of construction. He answered all of our questions and was truly invested in our project. Once the contract was executed and work started, Kurt continued to monitor progress thru site visits and messaging.

5 Star Contractor! Our building is 3200 sqft 2 ½ stories high, so it was a big job. We needed old siding off (dry rot checked/repaired, insulation checked), new plywood installed (for sheer), siding replaced by Hardi Board, soffits and facia replaced to comply with latest Wildfire Code, 10 windows replaced with Anderson, 3 man doors replaced, and a new 2nd story deck build. For us this was a very major job and it took many months to find the right contractor that could handle all the different tasks with the same crew and no subs, an excellent reputation and someone that could do the job within our budget constraints.
