My first time stepping into Fresh Look Salon was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcome. Even though Ms. Lanie had other customers to attend to, she made sure that I was well taken care of and comfortable. She carefully examined my hair, which was honestly in very bad shape and extremely damaged. Instead of rushing into anything, she gave me a post-treatment cream to wash my hair first and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, she thoroughly analyzed my hair and clearly explained the only proper way to fix it. I truly appreciated her honesty and professionalism. For hours, she worked on my hair with so much focus and dedication, paying attention to every strand and detail. You could really see how serious and passionate she is about her craft. And guess what? The result was an amazing surprise! My hair turned out 100% awesome. I couldn’t believe the transformation. It feels healthy, looks beautiful, and now it’s swaying and happy again!
