After my father passed away, I contacted your funeral home to assist with arrangements. During the initial call, the staff I spoke to were kind and informative they walked me through pricing, and I let them know I would call back once we had confirmed the service dates, as my father’s body needed to be transported out of state.
However, when I called back to proceed, no one answered. I left multiple voicemails and sent two follow-up emails, none of which received a response. I finally reached someone by phone once. He mentioned he wasn’t sure how military services were conducted and said he would call me back by the end of the day. That return call never came.

No one wants to deal with a death in the family, but when it happens you'll be glad to have Eric by your side. He showed great compassion to my family and was always willing to answer all my question. He was honest on wait time since the first day we contacted him and that gave us peace of mind thru our hard times. Eric the Gutierrez family thanks you for making my grandpas burial in Mexico possible.
I unfortunately had to assist with the passing of my fathers funeral. We contemplated what funeral home to use as we had experience with another, but the Perez family we knew personally. We decided to go with Perez and reached out to Robert for assistance in preparing for my fathers passing. Not knowing what to expect, I was impressed in the no pressure to upsell. We selected all details that day and Robert told us he would take care of the military honors, one less thing for us to do. Unfortunately, my dad passed 2 days after the visit. We contacted the funeral home just after 1AM to pick up my father. They gave us a couple hours to say our final goodbyes. Once they came to our home, both gentlemen were so gracious and patient in allowing us time to mourn before they took my father to the funeral home. The viewing was set up for family and friends, minor details missed one they quickly tried to correct and the other I didnt bring up because in the scheme of things it didnt matter. Robert went out of his way to find us a singer, who was AMAZING! Also was able to get the doves ordered last minute. The service and the burial were beautiful! After all was done, I messaged Robert thank you and he in turn said it was an honor. I highly suggest that you look into the Perez Family Funeral services.
