Continuing to post photos of the "craftsmanship" and "meticulous attention to detail" on my new home built by Summit Homebuilders. As stated on the Yelp page from the business..."trustworthy relationships are the cornerstone to Todd's vision for his clients and Summit Homebuilders", however, my experience with the relationship lacks as I've asked for a meeting with the owner and haven't received as response as of yet (today is going on day 5). I will continue to update so that you, the buyer, don't go through what I'm going through. If you have a choice, don't build with this builder.
Do not buy a house that summit has built. The whole block I live on is unhappy with the builder and sub contractors. They will promise you the world and come up way short. Look else where.
