Before the appointment, our home AC caught on fire and died, I called Mark and told him what was going on. “I am posting this for my parents!Initially, when looking into solar, my dad thought he would be doing the job himself. He wanted to do his research and called a few local companies. When he called Pie Fuerza, Joseph kindly answered all his questions and provided so much helpful information. He was so professional and helpful in fact that my dad decided to get a quote from him.To get a full scope of what was available my dad got additional quotes from other local companies. The prices were competitive, but Joseph was clear and knowledgeable and after meeting him in person my dad was confident that his company was the one for the job.The work done was exceptional, not to mention Iospeh was always on time, and communicated regularly about the process, keeping my dad well informed. They designed the solar placement to be most effective and once it was installed he came back with no complaint after my parents decided they wanted a few aesthetic adjustments.It has been 5 months since installation, and Joseph still responds promptly to my dads questions about the solar.
