Then layered it to add texture & volume, added some blonde highlights. But it's a little blonde to my liking, so the next day. I called her & she fixed it. I'm really happy how it turned out. “I have been seeing Serena for 4 years now and I can confidently say she’s the best in the business. From the very first appointment, I remember feeling a bit apprehensive about my skin and waxing needs. I had many questions about the process etc. From the start she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and put me right at ease. Over the years she always takes her time. During my appointments she is never rushed, and always takes her time explaining what she is doing and why.
Serena is constantly learning and staying up to date with the latest techniques and uses the best products. I never feel like just another client she genuinely listens and tailors each session to my unique needs.
Beyond her skill she is kind, warm, down to earth and always a joy to see and catch up with. Well mostly me cause I’m a talker lol. Appointments with her truly feel like self care in every way.
What I appreciate the most is her consistency, and genuine care.

“I absolutely loved the brow lamination and tinting experience. I have nearly none existent eye brows. Mabel did wonders, I don't know how but my brows look full and even. It's the little things that help boost your confidence. She really takes her time to give you great results. Great customer service and staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely returning.“

“Tucked away in a business park - not sure I would have noticed it if I wasn't looking for it, but a stylist there was recommended to me so I knew what to look for. It's actually a much bigger space than it looks from the outside. From what I can tell, the independent stylists in all do their own thing - there wasn't a receptionist in the day I went, so I don't know if they do walk-ins and that kind of thing. I was very happy with my stylist - she was fast I liked the color results, and she was very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back.“

“Great place to get your hair and nails done. Adeline is an expert hair colorist. She was the color rep for Matrix a few years back and really knows her colors. Dar gives a great mani and pedicure. It's a smaller shop, so they aren't as hectic as the bigger salons in town.“
