I had a terrible experience with Zap Termite & Pest Control. Their service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The technicians were unprofessional, seemed untrained, and failed to address the pest problem effectively. Despite multiple visits, the issues persisted, and they were quick to point fingers instead of taking accountability.

To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and unresponsive when I reached out to express my concerns. Instead of offering solutions, they brushed off my complaints and left me feeling frustrated and ignored.

Called to ask about one time services, the rep told me they do provide them but needed my information first before she could give me any pricing info. After giving her all of my info she then tells me they don’t have any one time services to provide me with but instead I would need to sign up for a monthly subscription. Complete waste of time and now I’ll be receiving ads and flyers in the mail.

I have used the service since 2020, when I first bought my home, there was definitely a problem with the roaches. They seemed great at first.But the longer I remain their customer, the lazier than become. Not clearing cobwebs in the most obvious areas...I just had my service done and I noticed a bunch of little bugs all over my patio cushions that were against my house. I sent a video granted I sent it on a Sunday, so I was not expecting to hear back, but then Wednesday rolls around and still nothing I called and all they would say over the phone was yeah I don't know I don't know I didn't sprayer cushions and I said it's just the seating that's by my house ironically, so what about spring behind the cushions against my home and obviously that was not done they don't lift a finger....So I said, are you not going to come back and solve it and the answer was we do not go to Brentwood until next month so basically I wasn't getting the feeling that they were determined to get it right this time.So I called and said if I am too far away for you to service, then maybe I shouldn't have you as my service and they said OK goodbye will take you off and hung up .... I checked my email I didn't get anything so I called back and I said can I at least get a email that we talked and if you're closing my service an email stating that so that I know I don't get charged again and she says Yep will do and she hung up again.
