He not really welcoming and with my VSP experience he made it more awkward by asking personal questions regarding other appointment and the remark they let you keep the glasses. Very excellent Eye Clinic. All staffs are so very kind and approachable especially Jenny and Karla. Highly recommended this clinic to all who's looking for taking of their lovely eyes.
This office knows what they're doing. They have the latest machines to test your eyes and are knowledgeable. That being said, I ordered a pair of sunglasses over three 1/2 weeks ago and have not received them yet. I called them two weeks after I had ordered the glasses and they said they would call me the middle of the following week because that's eyeglasses should be ready. The lab they ordered the glasses from didn't do the job properly and it had to be redone. I didn't get a phone call, I'm going to follow up today to find out what's happening. Update...the sunglasses came out great!
