Yes I had some problems with the installation of the Coleman furnace the space where the furnace was installed was a tight squeeze could not get to the light switch the turn off gas valve and the light bulb was touching the furnace so a technician by the name of Derek came and did a couple little modifications problem solved Derek is definitely a problem solver thank you
The tech arrived in the time frame as requested was very knowledgably of the equipment, through and resolved the problem in a short period of time. Highly recommend Same Day Air condition and heating Heating .
My only regret is that I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who came out to see why the heater had stopped working. He was most friendly and professional. He fixed the problem and explained the cause. All companies would benefit of his caliber. Oh yeah, I am someone who rarely takes the time to write a review, but this occasion warranted an exception to my generally lazy disposition. Call this company.
