I was at the Fairfield quick quack car Wash on Sunday 9-17-2023 And let me just start off by pointing out the amazing customer service I received from a young lady name Hailey. I was on my way to work and stopped at the car wash after the fact I was vacuuming my car and I ended up closing my keys in the car with the car running and it locked on me. I was like omg no way I don't have a spare nor does anyone in my family. I immediately went up to staff and was welcome with open arms Hailey allowed me to use her phone to call AAA for help. Dani helped me out. She was very friendly and professional aswell as patient. I had many questions about signing up for membership and I love it. The compression air is great aswell to get into those hard to reach areas and fans, the vacuum works really well. Overall compared to other car washes near the area this is the best one I been too. I would give it a 10/10!

I love this place, everyone is helpful, friendly and interactive. I just came in for a quick vacuum and Cassie was super accommodating and she is highly relational. She extended grace and helped me with technology. You do not just get your car washed here, you get genuine connection and it makes washing you car feel sublime. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
