We are really happy with the work Gonzalo and his crew (Caleb and Preston) did on our house. We had push piers, smart jacks, smart drains and a new sub pump installed. Gonzalo went above and beyond explaining the process and addressing any concerns we had. He also responded to all my texts and calls pretty quickly. They also made sure our property was clean at then end of the job. They took tons of pictures because I couldn't go in the crawl space to see the work. If you plan to get work done, request Gonzalo.

M.J. Nelson - 5 STARS GONZALO - 5 STARS NorCal Foundation crew started the work promptly. M.J did very good job with the initial work and quotes, explained every step in the project. However, once we heard he left the company we were a bit worried, how the minute details could be communicated to the crew. And we were correct, once the work started, we had to follow through and explain what was discussed as per the project to the crew. After one week into the project the crew was hit with pandemic situation, 1 week was wasted. Then a new crew with Gonzalo's was assigned. GONZALO was phenomenal..! He executed the job quickly and finished the work on time, lifted the house took many pictures of the work and what was done as an evidence. His work was excellent..! He explained the work to us and what to do to rectify certain work to protect the foundation. He went out of his way, above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the work..! Poly crew was excellent too, the crew identified what needs to be done with the changed situation with the foundation the did the job quickly..! During this entire process we learnt that we ourselves had to be proactive to get the work done as per our expectations. The accounting and management department was always busy, we had to follow through via email, text and phone to get the next part of work scheduled, sometimes the crew was just not available on the date that was promised, of course we do understand that we have to be flexible and navigate through such situations. Overall I am satisfied with NorCal Foundations..!

MJ came out to check some suspicious looking cracks in our home. He did an awesome job explaining everything and reassuring us. Deserves a raise imo. Definitely call this company, they are great people.
