“Phil Correia has been doing my taxes for years. His accuracy and knowledge is impeccable. I'd be hard pressed to find another accountant as good as Phil, even at the big Boys who take up whole floors in skyscrapers, and I've had them before never to return. I'd recomend Correia Financial services to anyone with no fear of being found wrong.”
“My experience with Jimmy and his team at Mortgage Masters of California was fantastic. I contacted Jimmy in October 2024 as I was looking to do a spousal-buyout of my house in light of our divorce. Jimmy and I stayed in close contact during the next few months, keeping a close eye on interest rates.
At the beginning of March 2025, I contacted Jimmy again to see if we could get the ball rolling on the buyout. Jimmy jumped right into action. After I gathered all the necessary paperwork and turned it in, Jimmy worked his magic and I was signing papers with a notary in 10 days. It was amazing. He kept in contact with me every step along the way.
I appreciate Jimmy and all the guidance he gave me as I worked to navigate through the divorce and buying the house out from my ex-husband.
I highly recommend Jimmy Modar and his team at Mortgage Masters of California for any house-buying/refinancing needs you may have.
Thank you, Jimmy!!!”
