I have been wanting to get an Aline haircut for the longest time. I’m talking years! The main reason I haven’t yet was because I was afraid of actually going from long hair to that short of a hair style (again). I had tried to get a haircut that looked like “Selena’s” when I was younger (2 decades ago!), but it did not turn out the way I had expected it to. My late Grandfather told me that I looked like an old lady with that haircut. So since then, I’ve always kept my hair length long. I have just been waiting to feel ready to try again. I finally felt ready to do it earlier this year, but of course the COVID 19 pandemic started and we had to shelter-in-place. With the recent lifting of some restrictions, and more businesses being allowed to open, I wanted to get my hair cut. I needed it. My hair had been damaged for a while and I did not like the feeling. I did not want to wait any longer. I usually would just go to SuperCuts to get my hair cut or trim and some layers, but with this big of a change on my hair, I wanted to make sure I went to a good place. I searched online for the, “best hair salon in Solano county” and I came across, “Honeycomb Salon & Studio.” I saw the good star ratings, good reviews, and pictures, so I decided to go with them and make an appointment. I called this morning to see if they had any availability today, and initially they did not. However, they called me back a few minutes later to let me know that someone had cancelled and asked me if I wanted to go in. I went in, met my new hairstylist, Fabi, told her what I wanted and showed her some pictures and she did her thang! I must say, she did such a FABIOLAus job! My haircut came out better than I had expected! I love my new hair! If you’re looking for the best hair salon, I highly recommend Honeycomb Salon & Studio! From the initial phone call to the completion of my haircut, I had a wonderful 1st experience with them. Good customer service, the staff who were there were all friendly, and they were doing a good job abiding by the health & safety guidelines from our public health entities (wearing masks, wiping&spraying Lysol where needed). I consider myself a “hard grader”, but they get an A+!
