My parents have been going to this cleaners for over 10 years. We recently moved and can't use them anymore but wanted to leave a nice review for them. The employees and owner are the nicest people. They always remembered us when we walked in. I had my prom dress hemmed here and was very pleased with the outcome. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

First time I brought my clothes there they returned them all with stains and didn't even mention it. I got very upset as they said they cleaned it and stains aren't coming out. They also refused to refund me. I did not want to come out having paid money for stains on my clothes so they said they will redo it. Picked it up the next day and they cleaned the stains well. Thanks to the owner who didn't even hesitate and took the clothes back to rewash them within a day. This is a convenient location if you live nearby but you need to pay attention to whether the clothes have been cleaned well.

I've been searching for a decent dry cleaner and tailor for quite some time, this place came up not only because it was in Fairfield, but it had some decent reviews. I came in with two suits I've had for years that needed to be dry cleaned, which basically means they've never been cleaned :P One of those suits needed to have buttons re-sewn and the pant legs hemmed. They did a good job but we're a little expensive, they did have a Yelp deal which helped a little. I later came back with the leather jacket that had zippers on the sleeves, the sleeves were too long because for some reason I was born to wear a large while having medium arms. I called every tailor I could and they all refused, so I came back here and they were able to take care of it pronto, and by pronto I mean they forgot to do it, ended up taking 2 weeks but I wasn't in a hurry considering Solano county fall is 70 degrees. The leather jacket came out fantastic, it looks as if it came out of the factory perfectly tailored to my body. One thing that did bother me, I don't appreciate paying for the item being cleaned or tailored upfront. They already have my item which means if it gets lost or damaged, I'm out on the item and lost some cash! So far they've been super friendly and I think these guys are going to be my one-stop-shop whenever I do decide to dry clean nice suits again. ;)
