Great customer service, and great selection of countertops. Our General Contractor referred this place, and we're so glad he did. They happened to have a very nice bright white Quartz countertop with gold veins called Vadara Sand Weaver, that my mom loves!

Ordered our tile for our new shower from Emser tile. Thank you to Lania for her patience in answering our millions of questions and providing input. We visited granite expo in Vacaville and they were absolutely no help in any way. Should have come to Emser to begin with because we had a good experience with them during Covid.

I have been in the process of remodeling a bathroom so I've been to quite a few flooring/tile stores from Solano to Sacramento County. Lania at Emser tile in Fairfield was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful in the selection process, to securing sample pieces, to placing the order. It's' so hard to find anyone with good customer service skills today, she is an exemplary employee and I highly recommend her. Thank you Lania.Christine
