She played to the strengths of my application (though my loan was FAR from a sure thing as well as closing on the house): (1) She recommended a direct lender who was KEY to securing my home and saving my Loan; (2) worked closely with both lender and me and seller and title company to get the deal done; (3) always returned EVERY communication promptly; (4) put a fire under me when necessary; (5) put a fire under lender and seller when necessary; (6) gave me "tough love" to handle the emotional ups and downs; (7) extended compassion and encouragement when I needed it; (8) and was a friend and realtor and good person throughout the very difficult process of buying a home.
