The owner and his team are very professional and helpful. They show up on time, get the cover vault cleaned, don't damage the concrete, fix cables, and dial in the tracks and pulley with finesse. Scott K was professional and quick on solving an issue, showing how the mechanism works. This part has definitely been the easiest of the whole pool construction process.
