Scott and Wayne did a great installation and were super fast with fantastic follow up customer service. The pool cover is installed, working great and looks fantastic. The owner and his team are very professional and helpful. They show up on time, get the cover vault cleaned, don't damage the concrete, fix cables, and dial in the tracks and pulley with finesse. Scott K was professional and quick on solving an issue, showing how the mechanism works. This part has definitely been the easiest of the whole pool construction process.

I just got a pool cover installed in my brand new pool and I couldn't be happier with the results! By using the cover, the pool stays warmer and there's less water evaporation. Also, keeps the pool cleaner and since I have little puppies, I'm not worried about them accidentally falling in the pool and drowning. My kids are young, and even though they know how to swim,i close the cover and I take away the key that opens and closes the pool cover so I don't have to constantly be checking on the kids going into the pool without an adult being present. Scott K came to adjust the cover so it would close as it should and he was so professional and quick on solving the issue. He also showed me how the mechanism works so it's easier to detect any future issues, if any. I have nothing but good things to say about the company, the owner (which I met when he personally came to my house to take measurements , and got to talk to over the phone too) and all his team are very professional and helpful. This part has definitely been the easiest of the whole pool construction process. I definitely recommend Pool Covers Inc.
