If you are looking for an honest place for your loved ones to find treatment and recovery with compassion then I definitely recommend Archway. The Residential program manager ,Miss Donna and her staff are dedicated to changing our community for the better. The CEO Mister Kevin Phillips is truly invested in helping people save themselves from the darkness of addiction. I went to archway having lost everything. Cars homes kids family money. I lost everything. I came to archway recovery services October 11th 2024 having no idea who I was or what to do about my addiction to methamphetamine. They taught me about my triggers and how to identify them. They taught me patience. I was planning to go for 45 days and graduate and ended up staying a whole 90 and going to SLE (SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENT) I found out where I was in my recovery when I never even knew there was a place i I could be which was I was in preparation and by the time I got out was in action. After careful consideration, I'm updating this review. Archway has helped numerous people I know with their struggles in addiction. The program itself is very structured and has a high success rate. They offer so much more than any other program in the area in terms of counseling and relapse prevention. they just moved to a new building on East Tabor due to outgrowing the location they were at before. With that being said, no place or program is perfect. If there is one out there, let me know cause I would love to check it out. There are a few individuals on staff that just shouldn't be working there. When you have someone who is staff spreading rumors at staff meetings and basing decisions on those rumors, well it's just a bad look. It's condescending. It's patronizing. It's just downright mean. And forget about asking any questions. They won't tolerate it and ban you from seeing a loved one who is in their program.
