Would highly recommend Chris and his crew. My parents house was ten+ years overdue for new paint and it came out so good! It looks like a brand new house! We've gotten plenty of compliments from our neighbors!

I had a very good experience with the 40 Grit painting team in October 2019 when they completed siding/dry rot replacement and painted the exterior of my house. While it took a while to get scheduled, once I was on the calendar the team arrived promptly each day and did all the work as per our contract. The price was quite reasonable for the scope of work and the few add-ons were explained and agreed to easily. The team returned after the job was completed to fix a few minor issues and even resanded and repainted the front door when requested by me , at no addl charge. The final results look great, and I’m very satisfied.

I received quotes from $1500 to $7500. 40 Grit Painting was at the low end for price and high end on a quality job. Rarely am I satisfied with services payed for. This was a refreshing exception. Pain free experience and no shortcuts taken. Was very protective of my new landscape and they left the place clean. Required a call back for small issue and arrived same day to resolve per my satisfaction.
