I have nothing but a positive report for Charlie and his father Mike. I had an emergency on a weekend with a toilet leaking and they said they would be at my place in the AM the next day and they arrived right on schedule. They were able to repair the toilet and also went above and beyond to ck my water heaters also. I highly recommend them. Reasonable and dependable.
