Pacific Crest was very helpful in trying to schedule our dog for the required health inspection needed to enter Alaska. Julia in particular went above and beyond trying to fit us into their very busy schedule. Unfortunately things didn’t work out for us to use their services, but Julia gave me several other vets to try. Julia followed through on calling me back when she said she would. When my dog passed away suddenly I took him here and they did what they could for him but he was old. Afterwards tho they sent me a condolence card that they had all the staff sign. It was something so small and insignificant ,but it actually meant the world to me to feel less alone after the loss. 10/10 compassion rating
