I came here as an emergency for my black lab on May 14. He was showing signs of hot spots. I was so nervous and scared because I’ve never seen my dog look so down and just overall irritated. I walked in and asked if there’s any chance they would be able to see him. A super sweet assistant said they’ll go ask the doctor to see if they can because they’re booked out (which I totally understand). We had an emergency with our dog. They took us in right away even though we had never been there before. They were very professional yet friendly nd caring. They fixed up our animal nd put us at ease. The follow up was quick nd efficient nd made us nd our dog feel like we were among friends.
