Pete and Julie at Marble Mountain Kennels were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly care deeply about their dogs. Communication was easy and transparent the entire time and we are thrilled with our pup. You can tell they put a lot of time and pride into their breeding program. Pete and Julie were great to work with and took great care of our dog Goose. Goose was only there for 2 months but showed so much improvement since we dropped him off. He's a better listener, more disciplined, more focused, and even learned some duck dog stuff! When we wasn't in training he had a big pasture to run around in with other dogs, we could tell he had a blast when we picked him up.

We obtained our Black Lab, Shadow, from MMK in the fall of 2022 after we had left him in their good hands for a month of puppy training, which was very smart of us. He is now almost 2 years old, about 60 lbs and is top notch. We have had a number of labs, both for bird hunting and as house dogs, and we don't think we've ever had a lab of his age who is as easy to have around. Shadow is super mellow ("chill" as our grand-daughter says), is eager to please and a treat to train and be around. He is as loving and dedicated to us as we are to him.
