“I walked in looking for a forearm piece cover-up and Andrew nailed it, he took my ideas and Incorporated them into a cool octopus/skull piece. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Requested style: I had some Japanese Kanji script on my forearm and I had asked Andrew to do a nice cover-up of a Kraken/octopus with a skull staying with the Japanese style to match my other sleeve on my other arm. He my ideas and brought them to life.

Cleanliness: Artistic Bingei , the studio is very clean with some really cool plants that give the shop a really good clean refreshing feng shui vibe when you walk in. He's very thorough with sterilization and cleanliness and I had nothing but a good experience in all three sessions.“

“Jeff is super unprofessional. He refuses to give you your deposit back and refuses to show you your stencil. Not good at communicating. Stole $100 from me w no proof of my tattoo being drawn up. Initial message was two months ago, drawing was finished one month ago, and deposit was sent a week ago and still nothing. Prioritizes his time over yours. Gas lights you for him no showing. Tells me I don't understand what it's like to have a kid and how everything isn't always going to go my way. Asks me to call him and when I call him he has no idea who it is. Had to ask multiple times to see my tattoo and multiple times how to send the deposit. I shouldn't have to know everything that is going on in my artist's life. It's simple communication, I sent a deposit to ensure his time not being wasted but what about mine. I can't imagine if I just no showed to one of our appointments and he had to be the one to reach out to me twice for me to say anything.“
