White, sparkling clean with a nice uncluttered ambiance and decor. The gal at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful upon my arrival and Amy could not be more of a joy! She was very friendly and polite, gentle and professional! She did a beautiful job on my French pedicure and definitely aims to please. I can’t believe I have been paying pretty much the same amount going to some pretty rundown places all this time with some nail techs that really didn’t seem to want to be there… I was extremely impressed today! I will definitely be back to Venetian Nail Spa and to see Amy! ?“

He was fast too, which I loved because I hate sitting for too long. I recommend this place. I would come back. Only thing I don't like is when they speak their language instead of English. it makes me uncomfortable. Especially when they laugh. Makes me feel like they're talking about me. “I have been a long-time client at NT Nail Spa Coffee Road Location and while the service itself is consistently Great , I feel the atmosphere is not as relaxing as it should be. During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. I hope management considers addressing this so loyal clients like myself can continue to enjoy our visits.“
