Matt goes above and beyond what people would normally receive in inspections. He holds himself to better than average standards, and is very meticulous about reporting every possible issue a client would be concerned about. He doesn't cut corners, but he will search every corner of the house with his team. The report quality is definitely a 10 of 10 in terms of details and depth. I felt like I had the clearest picture of what it meant to assume the property from the sellers, and I actually went the property, didn't even catch 25% of what he found. This inspection company was referred to us by our realtor. Matthew did a very thorough job inspecting the house. His report was very detailed and easy to read. He took me on a walk through and explained each item to me in detail. I was very happy with his service and highly recommend him to inspect your home.

MKI inspections came to inspect the house my mom will be purchasing, the house is old so we wanted to make sure that there weren't going to be any surprises if purchased. He was very thorough, and took pictures of everything. Once the inspection was over he then went over some of the things he noticed with me. But he assured me that everything will be in the report. He also gave me advise on modernizing the house since it is old. After he left I felt relieved of choosing to do the inspection. And in 2 days the report was ready. And boy is it thorough. Highly recommend his service if you are looking to purchase a home. Might save you from future expenses and surprises.
