Yesterday was one of the hardest days. I had to put my 17 yr old Sissy pup to sleep. Dr. Frank Hagen was so kind and understanding. He was so patient with me as I cried and cried. The nurse was as well. They told me to take my time saying my goodbyes. I cried so much they sent a sweet girl into console me. Like an angel. Thank you so much for being there for me Dr F Hagen and girls. Sissy wasn't just a pet. She was my heart and soul ???

I have brought my pets to the Hagens for over 40years. Three generations of Hagens!! They are so caring for your pets. I have some great memories to tell about them over the years. Only an emergency, would I take my pet somewhere else.

Dr. Hagan diagnosed my cat right away and gave him a flea treatment and allergy shot. he was pulling his hair out. took him to my previous vet just charged me a fortune and never once mentioned allergies???? My cat is completely healed now... read full review
