Today was my second meeting with Stacy Harris at Deegan. As I told her, when people experience the death of someone close to them, we know that certain things need to be addressed, but have no idea where to begin. Stacy, for us, has been a voice of understanding. She’s provided the much needed clarity and organization for not only setting things in motion through the correct local channels, but for carrying these tasks through to completion. That feeling of control, that peace of mind that my family and I needed in this difficult and confusing time is what Stacy has provided. And that is what makes Stacy great at her job.
