A gym for ALL abilities !!!Excellent coaches and ambience ?.They have one-one-one personal training and group classes for kids, teens & adults. (e.g. Zumba, Taekwondo, Yoga, Boxing, and functional training)
My son hates exercising, but Jake at ZOOZ makes it fun and he doesn't hate working out with Jake. We have been rabid fans for 5 years now. The workouts are specifically tailored to my son's abilities and needs. Jake is always encouraging, never pushy or demeaning. He listens to my son rant about hating exercise, then cheerfully gets him to do more. I cannot speak highly enough about this guy. He is just a good human and my son is richer for having him in his life.
Working with Jake has helped me feel healthy and strong. The stretches at the end of our sessions are helping a lot, not only to loosening me up but helping with body awareness. Thank you to all the coaches at Zooz for all the support!
