Tim Miller and his exceptional staff of teachers changed my life for the better. I came to California to practice with TIm after a four month visit to Mysore and I was greeted with kindness and openness. I spent 6 months practicing here and my time with these teachers planted life long seeds in my mind, body and heart. I am eternaly grateful to have had this experience and will forever be grateful for the support, devotion and expertise of this amazing team of teachers.

I'm not sure why I expected this huge lavish studio in my mind. I was so comforted when I walked into a small studio and was greeted so wonderfully. This was my first true Mysore class (how fortunate it is that it happened to be at Tim Miller's studio) and I am a newbie. Kiran was so patient with me, dealing with my lack of body awareness (haha, my words, not hers). The assists were so helpful and I have fallen even more in love with ashtanga. I only wish I lived closer. I will be sure to visit again soon.

Teachers and assistants are amazing. Been to several studios over the years but, this one is like no other. All egos are left at the door and everyone is sharing the space for their personal practice and there is no competition. I leave there feeling more gratitude �
