Goodell Well and Pump Services helped us get our well running when we were desperate on a Sunday afternoon. We woke up Saturday to our well not operating on Saturday morning. I tried to troubleshoot the situation on my own through Saturday with mixed results. Feeling that the pump was shot and with my family without water a second day I called and spoke with Gretchen in the early afternoon and explained my well's situation. She had Steve call me as he left another job and he selflessly walked me through some troubleshooting that allowed me to get my water back on over the phone. Steve was awesome. At 6pm after what I could only assume a very long work day for him, he took time to help me out with a well pump situation that I i’m almost certain most would’ve not been available and or charged an arm and a leg. Literally so impressed with his service and kindness!! I would absolutely recommend him and will continue to use him in the future. 10 Star service, Thank you!

I came home to my water well system not working. ( i have absolutely 0 experience working with a well btw ) so I called Steve and he quickly had a solution and the correct capacitor i needed to get my system back working again. Mind you, this was at like 6pm on a Saturday, and he still picked up first call! I was able to pick the part up quickly, and for a extremely good price. When i went home and installed the capacitor there were a couple things i needed help troubleshooting and Steve was more than happy to answer my call and walk me through the process.
