I just got my first haircut at Urban Monk with Mandi and am super happy with the whole process and outcome. I got Mandi’s number from their website and texted her to schedule. She has a convenient way to book on her website (link from her IG @mane_attract_mandi). I was able to get an appointment the next day. Upon arriving, she was ready and on time and greeted me with a smile. She is professional yet warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and professional atmosphere of the salon. I got my haircut by Marcos Valencia, who did a great job with my hair. He listened to my preferences and was a great conversationalist which made my time in the barber’s chair fly by. Ask for him!
