Went in to fix my phone, and the person helping me was completely transparent about the cost estimate and turnaround time, and when I picked up my device their estimate was very accurate to the final cost. Lucky for me they also even had the part we needed for an older phone in stock and was able to fix it same day. All in all, their expertise was top notch and the service representative genuinely friendly and willing to help.Frankly my experience and their service was superb, and if I need anything else fixed I will be certain to look them up again.

I was nicely greeted by the leed associate I can't remember his name. He was very informative and helpful.I had already had AT&T phone Insurance. They were all courteous helpful and professional. The repair took a little under 2 hours which is quite acceptable being how busy they were. Very happy coustermor.

The gentleman helping us was amazing. He took care us and repaired my moms phone just before the store was closing . Awesome customer service. I would recommend the Elk Grove store hands down . Thank you
