Hi the staff at the Elk Grove location were excellent and fixed my phone in a timely and courteous fashion. However the staff at the sacramento store on Howe street are dishonest / crooked. I was told the whole screen has to be replaced at a cost of $680 when all needed was a screen protector replacement for $26.

Service was great! I came in with my iphone 15 pro max and needed my screen replaced. The technician was able to repair it in less than an hour. I recommend this place and even better, they are authorized Apple retailer. They have Apple products if needed for your repair. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
