I have been coming here for years, now that I think about it, over 10 years. Even when I lived out of state, I would leave my nails plain so I come here when I visited. I am VERY picky about my nails and I never have anything bad to say about them when I leave. The service is always amazing. My mom goes here as well. I get my nails done by Tom and he always does such exceptional work and his designs are truly artistic. I would never go anywhere else.
I love this spa! They know my grandmother very well and my sisters and I come to visit once a year, so we like to go get pedicures. They are always quick, efficient, and feel great! I used to have very bad spa anxiety, but they totally cater to the individual’s comfort level. When my great-grandmother was alive, they’d do an in-house treatment because she was unable to cut her nails. They are very caring and gentle and they remember us every time! (I would post a picture but I’m not showing off my toes online 😜)
I got my eyebrows done here a few weeks ago. The front of one of my eyebrows had too much taken off and because it was waxed it's taking longer to grow back. I was a little frustrated because I noticed it immediately since I rarely touch that part of my eyebrows when I do them myself and the lady told me there was barely any hair there when I mentioned the eyebrows were uneven. I would've preferred a little more accountability. Maybe it's her style, maybe it was a mistake, but I did not like the flipped reality. I don't hate them but I don't love them either. Besides that I had a positive experience.
