I've been a loyal customer at Trim & Colour Hair Studio for over 5 years, and I can't say enough good things about my stylist, Kelsea! Every visit leaves me completely satisfied. From color changes to short cuts, trims, and touch-ups, she's a master at her craft. Even though I live out of town, I haven't been able to find anyone who treats their clients and their hair as kindly as Kelsea does. Highly recommend this salon for their exceptional service and talented stylists!

I hate leaving negative anything but I had to, hoping what happened to me can be prevented by seeing my pictures and comment.. I found Emily on FB as I was looking for a new stylist. A few of her recent photos came up which caught my eye although I should have scrolled more and did my research instead of being desperate. The appt started off pretty bad as she was over booked from not considering the time change. I showed inspiration photos with ashy blonde tones and instead I was left w this horrible mess, orangy and grey blonde tones w a bleach bleed spot on the front. PLEASE see my photos. I hate leaving negative anything but I had to, hoping what happened to me can be prevented by seeing my pictures and comment.. I found Emily on FB as I was looking for a new stylist. A few of her recent photos came up which caught my eye although I should have scrolled more and did my research instead of being desperate. The appt started off pretty bad as she was over booked from not considering the time change. I showed inspiration photos with ashy blonde tones and instead I was left w this horrible mess, orangy and grey blonde tones w a bleach bleed spot on the front. PLEASE see my photos. She literally put 5 large chunks of blonde in my hair , cut a strip or two of hair and was done, charging me $300. After she dried my hair I instantly pointed out the orange and grey colors in which she told me to use blue shampoo (which only made the ashy parts grey/purple) and didn't work or help at all. Reached out to her on FB for her to blame me for this smh who is the professional here?! She said I asked for warm tones which this is not warm this is orange and grey, had zero empathy and was completely rude about it. After blaming me and showing zero empathy she asked if I wanted to come in to fix the orange but said there was not way to make my money pieces one color, smh. I politely asked for a refund instead as I did not like how she treated me in her chair on day and to now blaming me .. Idk about you but at that point I was done ..She refused a refund, not even a partial! If you care about your hair as much as I do, do not book with Emily.
