I had a problem today with my E-Mail - wasnt working properly - the TekGlance Technician (Sean) - spent 3 hours with me - working to fix the problem. He was VERY professional - VERY friendly - and VERY Good - he subsequently fixed my e-mail problem. Not only did he fix the e-mail problem, but, he also went out of his way to check on other virus related issues and resolved them. Outstanding service by an Outstanding company. I highy recommend TekGlance to everyone!

These people are very helpful with things not directly to security which they provide. They are trustworthy as they come into my computer and work and fix things. I am glad I have them. They have been a real plus in my computer life. David, Shawn, Sean are my favorites.
