I recently used Tailor John Cleaners to dry clean a cashmere sweater and two wool, mid-thigh length pea coats. They came back in good shape and were completed on time, although none of them were particularly soiled to begin with. The woman at the counter was friendly. However, when I called to make sure my dry cleaning was done before driving in, the man who answered me to only come after 3:00 p.m. today, which was a tad annoying because I was told it would be ready either yesterday or today. The best in Sacramento/Elk Grove. How do I know? Highly esteemed R. Douglas Custom Clothier uses them as their primary tailor and dry cleaner. Oh, and I’ve been there customer for years.
