Horrible customer service! I purchased a Living social back in October and scheduled a appointment for November. I received confirmation and reminder emails all the way up to the day before appointment. I had to drive 45 Min's in the rain to wait 1 hour for the Diva to show up and to tell me I was not on the schedule. I even showed copies of emails with the confirmation and reminder that was sent to me. Only for the Diva to turn me away with another appointment so that she can take care of another client that drove from out of town as well. I decided not to schedule another appointment and requested a refund from Living social that I will be receiving any day.

Purchased 2 groupons. One was a gift and was used after some mixups and difficulties making an appointment; the services were adequate. I was unable to reach Spa de Selah by phone to make my own appointment as the phone is NEVER answered and the mailbox is full. Booked my appointment online at the Spa de Selah website. Arrived for my appointment early and another customer was receiving services. Assumed they were nearly finished. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time when it became apparent that the other customer had just begun. Not impressed. Bought a Living Social deal in Aug. and cancelled it because the "Diva" doesn't return phone calls. Website says they are open on Saturdays, but there were no weekend appointments available during Sept. or Oct. Spas are meant for relaxing, and trying to get an appointment that wasn't during business hours was became more stressful than it was worth.
