Our first time using pest control services, so really didn't know what to expect. I peppered the poor person (Vicki maybe?) with a ton of questions during our call. She was so nice and patient, giving thorough answers.Got a service appointment at our convenience with a 2-hour window. Service tech (David) was right on time. He was terrific. Nice & knowledgeable, giving us a lot of good info, 'cause yeah, more questions.He sprayed the bejesus 1st inside & then out, warning us we may see dead critters on the floors the next few days.I prepared with tongs & a bag that night.
