@Tommy Askins.... I am sorry this happened.... I have used Sniper for the past 3 years. They have always given great customer service. Their technicians are very professional and polite. (Especially their technician Devin who is very genuine and put my concerns at ease before completing his service.) As with all companies sometimes they don’t always get what they are hoping for when they hire their employees. All companies hope their employees will do right by the business but that’s not always the case. Sniper is a professional company and can’t be expected to fix what they don’t know is broken. My hope is that you reached out with your concern and they took care of you as their valued customer. I am certain that Sniper would not knowingly employ someone who wasn’t willing to do their job.
