Amazing service from Natalie. She spent at least 30 minutes with me and walked me all around the store to try on a million different shades for a million different products. She never rushed me and made me feel really comfortable to ask tons of questions. She really knows her makeup and gave me suggestion while also explaining WHY it would look good on me. Really recommend working with her if you get a chance.

The staff here are very helpful if you have questions regarding beauty products. Need something to tame your mane? They have it. Need some makeup to make you feel more beautiful? They have it. Just tell an associate what your goal is, and they can point you in the right direction. It's like Disneyland for people who enjoy beauty products. It's always a fine day in Sephora.

I just want to express my gratitude for an exceptional customer service experience yesterday at the new Sephora in Elk Grove… my Aunt and I stopped by to pick up a concealer for her and we were offered assistance by an outgoing and friendly employee Beza. She also helped me find the perfect lip color and even took the time to match my skin tone and I purchased a foundation as well, which I hadn’t gone in for! Her helpfulness and positive energy really made our day! Sephora has a great employee there!! Thank you Beza you’ll go far!! ❤️
