I love quick quack! Such a genius idea. I’ve had there membership twice; the first time I ended up not using it so much and went months without using it at all and when I contacted them about the several months in a row that I was charged but did not use the service, they refunded me with no problems. Just boom, here’s your money back. And for that alone they deserve 5 stars because it is never that easy! But also I love their service and I am again a member and using my membership regularly.

Armed in advance with distressful memories of a previous poor experience at another Quick Quack location (Lodi), I had an otherwise great experience, outside of my own, impolite behavior.The actual car wash was excellent. I had to ask to take a second trip through their wash tunnel, but that was because of an error I made -- I "drove" through, rather than let their devices pull my car slowly through the cleaning process.I have a severe reaction to things like perfumes or chemical scents. I NEVER allow full-service car washes to spray any sort of "air freshener" in my cars.
